Gordan Brown was, tonight, fitted with a prosthetic lower jaw, after his original one fell to the ground in a public meeting in Bath. Previously, he had been warned that his slack jaw was a potential environmental hazard. In an unusual move, Lord Mandelson promised to speak for him.
