The mail complaint about her inability to make headlines for her 21st birthday. After all, the papers depend on celebrities making a fool of themselves to sell papers that have otherwise nothing to deliver. They are afraid if such behaviour catches on that the paper crisis would follow the banking crisis with disastrous consequences for free speech. Just imagine Rooney to behave immaculate all over sudden would cause at least a 2 page cut for most papers.
They now consider taking Mrs Watson to court over her failure to misbehave thus putting the British tabloids at risk of financial collapse. Alternatively they could exploit her behaviour by filing an injunction against themselves for reporting on her so at least they can write 2 pages on the injunction against a dreamt up affair if they have nothing scandalous to report on her.
