Defence chiefs are worried that during the current austerity measures and having to do 'more with less', they are slowing losing their well honed abilities to piss public money up the wall on rediculously expensive and unnecessary projects.
Chief of Defence Materiel, Bernard Gray said, 'There is a genuine concern that when the economy begins to pick up and we start getting money thrown at us again, we won't have a clue what to do with it all'.
Working on the mantra of 'Waste it or Lose it!', the MOD is paying consultants in the meantime to advise on how to wank away its recent £1 Billion windfall after the Treasury delayed further cuts to the MOD budget last week.
Gray continued, 'We've been speaking to the band KLF to see how they went about burning £1 million in 1994, but I think a billion will be a much bigger challenge. I'm tempted to see if the RAF will just push it all out the back of a Hercules'.
