In the light of the recent budget cuts, and the savings made by scrapping minor operations for wisdom teeth and the like, David Cameron is today expected to announce the devastating news that all the NHS hospitals in the UK are to close permanently.
It really is quite simple he said in his 'history making' speech, ‘Sick people are costing this country a fortune and I have no intentions of repeating the expensive mistakes made by my predecessors by continuing to pour unlimited resources down the 'drain' that is the NHS'.
Next on his agenda are rumoured to be ‘lollypop’ men and women, government funded homeless shelters, childcare facilities and hospices for the elderly.

I keep seeing lollipop men and women at pedestrian crossings, what's the point of that, surely you need one or the other?
It's kind of like employing somebody to hold up a sign that's already nailed to a wall.

Saw a sign on the A27 that said ' Sign Not in Use'. Straight up.

Oh thanks - at least it's personal. Not like those ghastly announcements at railways stations I've been on about this morning.

I heard one of them this morning. Kept saying 'mind the gap', so I went to Topshop instead.
That wasn't actually very good, but I've written it now and it's less effort to submit it than delete.

A clear warning about buying clothes made by children in sweatshops - and I thought the London Underground was just a transport network....
