Not bitter at all :) Just a gentle tease that these Apple themed 'iJokes' are not a new phenomenon. Yours was not bad at all to be fair.

Many of the jokes on this site are not new phenomena (more soon... anyone?). Maybe all the recent bad feeling on this site seems to have rubbed off on me.

riesler, agreed. There isn't really anything 'new' just the conveyor belt of life bringing the most recent generation to 'them' (ie the not new things).

so if some harpie says "... called from 1992, they want their jokes back", they'd do well to remember that it could possibly have been a 1942 joke of the Coldstream Guards (and before them etc etc).

being so cheerful keeps me going

Apparently someone has had the brilliant thought that now there is the iPad 2 then this will make the original iPad cheaper. Could lead to queues outside Harrods, methinks.
Is there anyone else out there who also hates Apple and all who sail in her? I still have bitter Apple memories from 25 years ago.
