Isn't it typical that a war kicks off and the French carrier isn't going spare because they actually want to join in too.

Cameron's negotiating a lease with the Swiss navy. At least you can bank on them for an isolaitonist policy. Failing that, I think the Vatican City has a pedalo....

Or do you think its like being cup-tied, once a war's kicked off you're not allowed to put in a bid for the enemies start player, even if they've been dumb enough to tranfer list their star player
