Apparently to prove that not collapsing to the floor in a heap is something you can do effortlessly, you have to record yourself nonchalantly telling jokes for the duration, but I'd imagine that for anyone on here that'd be no bother.
How they can tell somebody isn't lying prone on the floor while they're recording their audio CD is beyond me. Maybe the technology can pick up the muffling effects of a carpet, maybe it's because it's the BBC and they can't imagine anyone would cheat in a competition.
