Japan faces fresh disaster after containment fails on Monster Island.
Still reeling under the triple disasters of earthquake, tsunami and nuclear accidents Japan is under new threat. Wardens report that security devices which hold the assorted monsters, or daikaiju, have been compromised by the tsumani which followed the earthquake.
The facility was set up by the UN in 1979 and famously counts Godzilla, Mothra and Rodan amongst it's inhabitants.
Ishirō Honda chief warden reports that no monsters are thought to have left the island yet but the Tokyo stock market has fallen dramatically on the news.
