It's this kind of sarky and snarky reference to other submitters that is making the Newsbiscuit boards a less convivial place to hang out in -- much more so than any posts in the Writers' Room that don't meet some perceived set criteria for what is and isn't suitable format, content or frequency for subs.
And don't let anyone have you believe they're being any less hoity-toity in 'the other place' either.
All in all, I liked it better when everyone was toadying...

Actually, I quite like both of them, and they know it. Still, don't let me stop you throwing your teddy around, if that's what you need.

Backpedal as much as you like from a remark presumably intended to get someone to react with some kind of comment on the individuals mentioned, but I’m more concerned as to how you knew I was wearing a teddy this morning.
I’m done for now, returning to my lurking in the bushes. Ta-ra.

If Doylem has done a flounce I do feel sorry for him. What else has he got to do in a hell-hole like Windermere. Nothing to see or do and every time he ventures onto the streets he'll have to run the gauntlet of gangs of vicious Japanese tourists looking for Peter Rabbit. Then there's Rory Mcgrath everywhere you look. Doesn't bear thinking about.
