This is going to sound really wet, but I met Brian Cox when he came to my kids' comprehensive and he was very nice and did a very inspiring talk for lots of students who were previously not interested in science. I thanked him for giving up his time for free and promised the website I set up would have a go at him one day! Oh no hang on...

I think he's a great guy actually, and I'm just jealous because he's better at physics than me and our band never got beyond some tapes played on local radio. Now I'm sounding wet. He still deserves the award for the perpetual smirk, even if it's unintentional. So there.
