It occurs to me, if circumcision were cut back to the bone, would that be savings against skin or for skin? Ha. I knew I could fit a pun in somewhere!Posted 7 years ago # -

I think the "front loading" of these cuts rather than a steady withdrawal of funding may be best.

As for the price.... given the current climate, they are surely a snip, as the over-heads are purely pre-op....

Tesco is already in the circumcision business with their blue stripey, no frills, no thrills rusty gillette version - buy one get one free this week - which is a little confusing.....
