A new web site for tourists to the Middle East has been launched today.
Called comparetheriot.com, it will feature a character called Rio the Rioting Rhino, and will be a clear guide to all the places in the Middle East where tourists can enjoy a good riot. It is aimed at students, of course, but it is hoped that it will appeal to all ages.
On the site, visitors can specify things like: level of danger; likelihood of being mistaken for John Simpson; whether fire extinguishers are welcome; method of death, whether by out of control riot police or the military with massive tanks. They can also learn whether they are likely to be chosen to be the next president, or thrown in jail for thirty years.
The site will also give links to organisations specialising in riot training (such as Southampton university), as well as will writers and funeral parlours.
Rio the Rioting Rhino says: 'comparetheriot.com - it's a riot!'
