On the grounds that they are places of worship were celebrities and WBankers are worshipped by the Crowds and the rulers. This would also lift the pressure on Churches to allow gays and non believers to get merry-ed in a holy place which seems to be a requirement for the UK and they could take their blessings from the likes of Lady Gaga or whatever deity those people would wish. The only requirement would be that those performing the ceremony are registered with the goverment so the paperwork can be filled out correctly. However, this should not be a probblem in the UK due to their effort to put people on all sorts of registers including mental health register so there should be enough people to qualify.
