He's part of the Foreign Office, headed by a Minister who took the time, during the Egyptian Revolution, to seek out, repatriate and discipline this man a teacher, for quoting Speedy himself on Tahrir Square.
You couldn't make it up: this is joined-up governement, on the ground.
