StaNd up comic Tim Davies could be the first man to be charged under new Corporate Mans Laughter legislation.
The leftier-than-thou moral exhibitionist, who spent a decade accusing the middle classes of being jack booted right wing little englanders, offended the entire nation by making a series of creepy adverts for The Big Bonus Bank.
He compounded the offence by doing a series of corporate gigs, compering and handing out the prizes at events such as The Hedge Fund manager of the Year show and The Sub-Prime Mortgage trader of the Year awards night.
The offiences were so severe that the provisional Corporate Mans Laughter Bill has cross party support and was rushed through Parliament without a single objection. The only amendment to the bill was that Taking Part in a TV Game or Panel Show was deemed to be too complex an area for rushed legislation.
