Charlie Boot, of no fixed abode, aged either 42 or “knocking on 60” (depending whether you read his birth certificate or just catch sight of him in daylight), is collecting empty bottles, to create an artistic display behind the bandstand in the park. Most of his time is spent adding to this collection of alcoholic memorabilia, unless there are other, more pressing matters to take care of - such as soiling himself or shouting at passers-by...

That's him in the Yorkshire Sculpture Park. Calls himself 'an installation' and gets good cider money from the Arts Council.
