The Vatican today announced that it remained on track to get paedophilia down to "acceptable levels" by 2015. The statement came in the wake of leaked report suggesting an expected rise in abuse cases. A spokesman put this down to the end of the lenten abstinence period and that the seasonally adjusted figures were "still going down".
