A police source has leaked documents to various national newspapers indicating that as many as seven in every ten protesters in the demonstrations of the last three years were working undercover for the police. Building on the unmasking of Mark Kennedy's operation in a Leeds climate group and earlier today the activities of 'Lynn Watson' in the Clandestine Insurgent Rebel Clown Army (also in Leeds), the documents indicate that the clashing of protesters trapped in kettles last November with police was 'as staged as wrestling' and occurred principally between officers who earlier that day shared tea and biscuits at an officers' widows benefit coffee morning.
Various organisations have been immediately dissolved in the wake of the news, including the union RMT, notorious for its strikes, after a newly surfaced interrogation recording surfaced on YouTube showing General Secretary Bob Crow in a camel coat slamming a phone handset on a protester's fingers. It is not yet known whether the interrogated protester was or was not a plant.
