It would be a shame if these splendid wines lost their essential piquancy, even for a moment.

Personally, I miss the taste of anti-freeze...

Me too.

Can you try a bit harder, please? This would be a half-smile-raising Facebook status update, but it's just not enough for a site that's supposed to be for people who are already half-good at writing funny news stories.
I genuinely wish you well, but maybe try posting your subs on Facebook first, and if your friends all laugh at them, then try them here.
It would be a real shame for the few excellent submissions here to be drowned by people half-heartedly trying stuff out without really thinking about it, so please take the editor's advice and leave your stuff to ferment for a few days before posting just the very best.
All the best to you, sir.

Is this a first? This sub alerted me to a breaking news story in my own industry, on press day. Thanks!

R u in into wine or acid?
Nice to leave it open if is it the acid tanker being the transport vessel instead of antifreeze or the spoilage of the rhine water used to stretch the wine for ist particular flavour causing the panic.
Anyhow, neither of those drinks are legally available in Germany in fact they are merely unknown over there. Take it the extraction process would probably be illegal there.
