Clearly. W is a plosive, tripple-syllabled consonant, making 9 syllables in total, whereas world wide web has a sum total of 3 syllables. Furthermore, of the final consonants of each syllable of world wide web, only one is a plosive, the latter. Naturally, WWW takes longer to pronounce with human articulatory musculature. have 5*'s.
