The Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard has confirmed that 11 suspected terrorists are to be deported on Saturday morning after several months of activity.
"There've been reports of this group terrorising Australians in every major city in the country except Canberra. Complaints from Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Sydney. Some of our finest citizens say they've been subjected to horrific ordeals at their hands."
It's understood the group is lead by a shadowy figure named by Australian intelligence sources as 'Straussy', who is thought to have been educated at an english public school.
Others suspected as being members of the group, known as the ECBers, include the equally mysterious 'Swanny', 'Trotters' and the man thought to be responsible for most of the terrorist activity, 'Ali Cook'.
"As soon as these people are out of the country, the safer we'll all sleep." Mrs Gillard told a news conference in her hot tub.
But it's understood the suspected terrorists are planning a series of attacks against Australia in 2013.
