Renegade Historian David Irving claims, in his latest book, 'Hitler - The Artist, The Lover, The Man', that the Second World War, commonly believed to have run from 1939 until 1945, did not happen at all.
"No-one's doubting that there were some small scale skirmishes and border incidents", he claimed at a press conference.
"But to claim that the Nazis were able to orchestrate a full-scale massive military invasion of both Eastern and Western Europe, and to follow that up with massive military campaigns in both the former Soviet Union and Northern Africa is simply too much to believe."
