Jennifer Duncan yesterday
A woman from Luton was attacked in her own home yesterday by a 1KG bar of Cadbury's Dairy Milk Chocolate. Jennifer Duncan, 25, had just returned home from the shops when the attack happened.
"I'd been out to Tesco Express as they had tins of Quality Street on 2-for-1 and the 50 yard walk home with 18 bags of shopping nearly killed me so I needed a nice cup of tea and a sit down" said Miss Duncan. "As I switched the kettle on, this huge bar of chocolate jumped out at me and started pounding my face. I can only assume it spotted me at the shops and followed me home. I tried to fight it off but it was much stronger than me and it kept ramming itself into my mouth. It was frightening. It came at me so quickly I could hardly swallow quickly enough to stop myself suffocating."
Miss Duncan was found lying on the kitchen floor in a daze with chocolate all over her face later that afternoon when her boyfriend Tony came home from work.
Tony said "As soon as I walked in to the house and saw her lying helpless on the kitchen floor I realised what had happened. I don't care if it's Christmas she's still going to Weightwatchers this week".
