The Mental Health watchdog has criticised the way that patient services are delivered across the UK. Jeff Bloom, Chairman of OFFROCKER claimed that the duplication of effort across local authorities was “Madness.” “The service is run by nutters”, Bloom said. “It’s insane. These people must be out of their minds – they need their heads looking at – they’re as mad as a box of frogs. Completely doolally”.
Mental Health Charity MIND endorsed Bloom’s comments. Mandy Fingleton, Chief Executive said “Its potty. What basket cases must be running our health service? Its pure lunacy. They’re a few French Fries short of a Happy Meal in the Department of Health”.
Patients lobby group The Mad Hatters were due to meet Ministers today. They agreed with the assessment. “There’s a kangaroo loose in the top paddock. Their accounts show a marble deficiency and their picnic is missing a sandwich”.
The meeting had to be delayed when it was discovered that the lift didn’t go all the way to the top floor.
