Which item would you like to put into the NewsBiscuit Comedy Museum? I'll start the ball rolling with SID JAMES CACKLE

Although the Carry On films belong to a pre PC era, the cackle of Sid James was the highlight of many a Sunday afternoon's viewing when I were a nipper. My brother eventually perfected the laugh uncannily although he is still working on the owners walnut complexion.

Vague idea here is if enough items are deposited in the museum, perhaps we would be able to put together a Left Alert. History of Comedy in 100 Objects....

Witty banter. Team spirit. Encouragement. Collaboration. Originality. Satire.

All relics of a bygone age.

Pay attention at the back! I was thinking of items or objects rather than attributes.

Ah, well in that case, my choice would be evilsuperstar's excellent Knights of the realm called up for military service.

Contains many of the elements that I listed above, which occasionally make this site great.

Or...having finally grasped your wider meaning...the Pythons playing women.

    "Why did you say Burma?"

    "I panicked".
