Ah, but we get location weightings in salaries to cover it.
In some jobs, like not mine.
And it doesn't cover it anyway.
Can of worms, but let's not forget that Labour promised to re nationalise the railways when they came into power, which would ensure that fares could be kept down and the system re-simplified.
Instead, of course, they kept it private, and decided to cut the subsidy to 50%, which will reduce further under Tory-boy, and create the totally secret "network-rail" to run the system, whose workings are officially secret, including funding and accounts.
Even Private Eye haven't found out enough to be sued about them, they're a completely mysterious set-up.
Of course, with our system offering big free profit opportunities, with fares rises basically on a whim, most of the train operating companies now are owned by big european companies, like our laughably unregulated untilities.
The Germans, of course love it, and the French, they own us and our un-regulated services profit margins and are taking us to the cleaners, and we just sit and take it up the jacksy all the time, because another thing Labour never got round to was reversing a lot of the anti-union legislation the Bitch introduced.....

I knew the Foreign companies had the power and gas ,did not know about the trains ,it is a joke ,it would drive me crazy if I lived there. If you work for a Japanese company (fullrights) you get it paid ,if you work for a supply company you pay.
And Cameron is going to around asking how happy people are ?
I see that Red Ed is going to make the Labour party for the people ,just like Blair and Brown did .
wipes away foam, waits for nurse* drives me crazy too and I don`t even live there.
at least there is the cheap petrol

I walk to work. Takes me half an hour. If you subtract the cost of the Gym membership that I now don't need, I'd say I've got no complaints.

It
s good if you can walk or cycle 10 miles ,but a lot of people (given the packed trains) cannot.Point is everyone is being hammered from all directions and the government let
s them .Does anyone have anything left after paying the bills. In france they have laws that water companies cannot be taken over (that the way it should be of course)yet when ,small countries refuse to sell them water they go running to the WTO
