An angry exchange has erupted between the Banks and the House of Windsor after it has been revealed that the banks have refused to give the Bride and Groom to be a Mortgage so they can start their own home.
A spokesman for the Banks confirmed they had reviewed the couple's application for a 100% Mortgage for a modest semi in Surrey and decided that it was unlikely that the couple would be able to maintain repayments on the property.
We conducted a full finance review with the couple but with them both only working part-time we worry that they are a bad risk and as such in line with Government rules we have decline their application. This coupled with the fact that at least one of them must to go into the family business we don't believe this is going to provide a sustainable income for the life of a mortgage.
Let's face it they couldn't even buy a new engagement ring so how can they commit to a 25 year debt.
