The parents of Kate Middleton, bride-to-be of Prince William, were said today to be delighted at the news that their daughter is to marry the eldest son of Prince Charles and the late Diana, Princess of Wales.
The bride's father, Mike Middleton, however expressed some concerns surrounding Prince William's past as a gangster rapper. Pictured above with rap star Sean John 'Puff Daddy/P. Diddy' Combes, Prince William has a long and respected history in the rap industry. He once mimicked the original Staines 'wigger', Ali G, "for a laugh" at a party. His platinum selling album, "Born into the Business", shot to the number one position in 2008, whilst his self-proclaimed "difficult second album", "Da Crown Jewlz" only managed a number 110 positioning in 2009.
Whilst he insists his feelings towards the Prince will not dampen his enjoyment of the big day, Mr Middleton has asked Buckingham Palace to ensure that all 'pieces' are left at the door of the cathedral before the ceremony begins.
