Had a couple of cans of Abbot. Now on a bottle of Goliath while the food's cooking.
Recommend Combined Harvest from Batemans. It has "Multigrain" on the label, so it must be good for you. Barley, oats, wheat and rye apparently. It must be doing me good. Have some for breakfast perhaps.
BTW I've found that decanting canned or bottled beer into a jug before serving makes it much smoother, less fizzy.
