Well,
a) the vast majority of meals eaten are not in restaurants, so they're not a factor
b) Those who eat fish in restaurants are now cooking fish at home, so the demand's the same

I can't figure out whether he's being stupid or devious. Both probably

I wondered how long it would be before they started blaming Covid
