Nicola Sturgeon's various methods of decreasing alcohol intake have floundered since reports that South Asians in the UK were refusing the Covid vaccine after fake news that it contained alcohol. Those needing a top-up rushed to their local pharmacist for a wee jab. Most, however, were turned away and had to make do with bottles of Benylin.
