Have changed it slightly

Maxine, I didn't change "City" to "Metropolis" because that isn't the bit that's changed with time, and it also opens the imagination to considering how a bunch of women of a certain age would cope with life in NYC. Not well, I imagine

I think they should make a TV series based on my angle on it

It echoes the alliteration that's there in the original title and makes for a more believable series title, as there's more of a ring to it. Take your point that the City is more likely to be equated with New York.
