   I can imagine the conversation, but Giuliani, some people, lots of people are saying I already paid you. They are saying I paid you more than I needed to, it was a massive payment, biggest in American history.

   Now some of the Capitol attackers are asking him to pardon them, on the grounds that they only did what he told them to do... Perfect. Either he tacitly admits guilt, or denies responsibility and leaves his supporters in the lurch. My money's on the latter.
