I appreciate the idea behind this, but would it perhaps be more accurate to say

'I don't Disbelieve it until I hear Boris say it. Only then do I not believe it.'

Somewhat constrained by 80 characters. My ideal would have been something like:

I don't believe it until I hear Boris say it. Then and only then do I not believe it.

An interesting bit of playful language. Don't or won't for example. Anyway feel free to find a better combination within the limits.
