This site is dominated by hacks.

It's for google, we're not even meant to read them.
Say you own the website "massivepenispills.com", you want your site to be at the top of the results when people search for"penis enlargement" on google.
One thing that helps you get higher in the google rankings is having lots of other sites with links to yours.
Google thinks you must be important, as people from reputable sites like newsbiscuit are linking to you.

P.S. My ass hurts.
This can be fixed by making the links "of no value" to them.
links need to have ' rel="nofollow" ' added to them by the site and that will stop these spammers getting any google credit. Most conference code has options or plugins to do this.
