The guy on the BBC news said this last night:
The most important thing is finding out what made the engine explode.
That's why he's a journalist and we're not.

When my car stopped working a few years ago it was towed back in disgrace to the dealership.
Took them three days of high-level investigation before I got a call to say 'we think something's gone wrong with the engine.'Posted 2 years ago # -
A spokesman said "The good news is that we don't think they're supposed to do that".

Come on chaps, be reasonable. These are Australians trying to figure things out.

Thank you for reminding us, Ostsee. Maybe we should send a few 4Xs to help them concentrate, or at least get into a normal state of mind.

Were any components delivered by airfreight?

Next time they're going to try switching it off and switching it on again.

I love the phrase "appears to have been an uncontained explosion". No shit Sherlock . . . Chuffin great holes in the wing, bits all over the floor, engine cover more missing than present . . . And these guys are going to be in charge of the investigation ?
I can see it now . . . "Something happened but it shouldn't have - kinda went bang for some reason - still the other three are OK so back up we go then lads."
