No, apparently it's not a crime to be a twat. It's only when he wanted to impose his twatiness on others and cause them harm could the police move in. It's anti-twat legislation. They can now hold him indefinitely, thank god. It was all rushed through parliament after the Alex Reid incident.

Yes Piers that might be true but you'd have to be human first to qualify.
