A pensioner by the name of Keith Clancy-Cam, from Rhyl in North Wales, has been jailed, for secretly filming up teenagers skirts, for the past 20 years.
Clancy-Cam, fitted his roguish Brogues, with a secret camera, to enable him, via the use of a remote control in his Fagan coat, to film up, unsuspecting, teenagers skirts, at the mere wiggle of his foot.
Clancy-Cam who looks like a bald 'Father Christmas', was arrested, as he alighted a plane, in Man-chest-her Airport, on a return trip from Australia, where he had been on a knicker filming trip, wearing his rogue Brogues.
After Clancy-Cam, was arrested, it transpired that he had been living in a caravan in Rhyl, where he had enjoyed many a cheap thrill, thanks to his escapade, in this respect.
Police found 30 million, indecent 'up skirt' film clips, and photographs, of his teenage victims, which include a troupe of female Majorettes, in Ave-a-girlie, North Wales.
Clancy-Cam, was spotted in his indecent act, by an angry father, of one of his victims, a Mr Simon Skirting, who fortunately, spotted Clancy-Cam, fiddling with something in his pocket, whilst wiggling his foot to a position in-line, with being up his daughter Shirley Skirting's, skirt, whilst sporting a somewhat perversely sinister grin.
Mr Skirting, called the police on his mobile phone, and the police put him under surveillance, until he was finally arrested, by angry police.
Detective Inspector Nick Tango-Thong, of the Greater Man-chest-her police, who lead the investigation, said in a statement to the press:
"Clancy-Cam was a depraved individual who clearly derived perverse pleasure from abusing young unsuspecting women"
A reporter at the press conference, by the name of Boris Boffin, shouted from the press gang:
"Tell us something we don't already know".
Detective Inspector Nick Tango Thong, surprisingly, had nothing more to add.
30 million abused teenage girls, had to squeeze into a packed Old Bailey Courtroom, in London, to try and identify themselves, from the millions of seized images, in order to claim damages, and add weight to the criminal proceedings, against Clancy-Cam, the trial lasted 15 years, on account of the volume of victims, and also, the evidence against, Clancy-Cam.
Judge Clarence Crotch-Scratcher, told Clancy, that he was an indecent thinking rogue, whose Brogues were going to leave him no choice, but to jail him for 30 years and 6 months, and further ordered that Clancy-Cam's caravan, be seized, together with his Camera equipment and Brogues, in order that it would to meet the victims surcharges, totalling £30 million pounds.
Judge Crotch-Scratcher, also imposed a further punishment on Clancy-Cam, that being, that his prison pay, will be seized until these surcharges and court costs of £1,000 are paid off.
Clancy-Cam will be forced to remain barefoot, in prison, for the duration of his sentence, and will serve his time, on the Weirdo Wing, of Wormwood Scrubbs Prison, in London.
It will now be safe to wear short skirts if you are a female teenager, though you are advised to report any suspicious shoe activity, just in case of a copy cat, rogue Brogue wearer.
