In an earlier story we reported that Mr Rooney was refusing to sign a new contract with Manchester United. It has been pointed out by Mr Rooney's legal representative that in fact he COULDN'T sign his contract, on account of him being thick as pig shit and illiterate.

We would like to take this opportunity to apologise to Mr Rooney, his thick Chavvy family, and any visiting prostitutes we may have offended.

I had to explain to my son the other day why Mr Rooney never sings the national anthem before England matches - inability to speak let alone sing English.

Manchester City, Chelsea and Real's arch-rivals Barcelona are also rumoured to be interested in Rooney, whose value is likely to drop as his contract nears expiration.

Certain ladies of the night are also concerned that his value might droop unless he scores a lot more...
