The Bert Kaemfert reference was a nice touch. However, we may differ about Kathleen Jenkins. She has a certain je ne sais quoi. Well I do know, but I'm too much of a gentleman to say she has a nice pair of lungs.

Notwithstanding anything I may have written in other threads, I rather liked it. As my kids would probably agree, opera sucks!

In the US, only society matrons and their epicene male counterparts (often called "Kenneth") attend the opera. There seem to be enough of them to keep things going, so no one else is forced to attend.
