Makes a change from falsified data. Didn't Curtis do 'four weddings'? Perhaps he could save the world's resources by not making any more crap films, although I doubt that we will be so lucky.

Just listening to that teacher in the film made me want to go out and start burning barrels of oil in the back garden, let alone the last bit. An own goal there by Mr C.

People in the public eye do like to do causes. It's part of the fame package.
A bit like students like to go around causing a stir about things they know nothing about and I don't mean hard work and washing.

How do students cause a stir about something of which they know nothing? They must know something about it, in order to cause a stir. Perhaps just not very much.
