UN inspectors are to follow up allegations that an as yet unnamed South American nation has been developing a Super Space Cannon using technology based on Project Babylon.
Project Babylon the Iraqi project ended with the assassination of Gerald Bull and the seizure of heavy plumbing in transit to Iraq.
Artillery experts however cast doubt on the existance of such a project pointing out that it is almost impossible to construct such a large engineering feat in the full glare of a free press and open society.
