Maybe Osbourne and all the other Tory Miilionaires should start contirbuting some of their spare cash - especially the Non Doms, then they wouldn't have to steal from Children, actually in this case and by cutting Child Benefits.

With respect Simon,the Govt isn't 'stealing' from children. The money doesn't belong to children.It belongs to the country and as such can be re-distributed in any way the powers that be see fit,whether you or I like it or not.
