I always thought that you weren't forced by UK law to say or do anything that may incriminate yourself so how come he got prosecuted for doing just that ?
Followed by . . . Given he has been prosecuted for this once he comes out surely he can't be prosecuted again ?
Which leads me to conclude that he is settling for the short stay in HM holiday camp rather than facing what would almost certainly be a much longer visit if he did get a conviction for the other (thoeretical) offences OR . . .
He's about to start the most successful computer security companyin history being able to quote the fact that the UK govt couldn't hack it.
