What's happening to the material that was part of the old submission board ?

Will all the old material be transfered over in time? Or will they be made available in some archive offering ?

This was brought about by wondering about the search function which just trawls through submissions posted on this new board. Too much time on my hands.

Last I heard, it'd all been carefully decanted into a thirty odd lead lined and concrete filled oil drums, ready to be surreptitiously dumped, under cover of darkness, somewhere in the North Sea.

If you google newsbiscuit, the links under the NewsBiscuit heading still take you to the old site, and there are still people posting there. Bookmark those links and you're away. And the old search facility still worked so long as you changed www to beta. Too much time on my hands too.

Last time I looked (a few hours ago) you could get the no.1 spot in the top ten with a 6.15.You might have trouble with getting anyone to use the really crappy 1-10 voting system of course.
