I can't help but wonder where William Hague's right hand is.

No need to worry Wallster, Hague's right hand is non-domiciled for tax purposes, only comes back to the country every 10 months and certainly doesn't appear here. I thought everyone knew that, although, hmmm, perhaps William just forgot to tell us. It's so easy to get confused about these things.
