An inmate at Frankland Prison, believed to be convicted child murderer Iaine Cuntley was attacked by a fellow inmate with a toothbrush yesterday.
Cuntley is believed to have suffered a severe brushing of the teeth, some polishing and possibly flossing to his upper right Premolar although this has yet to be confirmed.
The toothbrush is thought to have been made from an improvised cut-throat razor 'with bristles stuck on it' said a prison officer 'it's no laughing matter but if he can see the funny side of it, at least he can smile with confidence.
Cuntley is said to be suing HM Inspectorate of Prisons and is expected to receive compensation in the region of £10,000 - £15,000 for the trauma the attack has caused him.
