There was no shock or feigned outrage today after Prince Philip described the Commonwealth Games venue in Delhi as looking like it was "built by bloody Indians". It is thought to be the first time ever that the Prince has said something mildly racist that no-one could object to, as two structures collapsed... no, make that three, oh, hang on...
