Councils in the UK have come down hard on serial killers who dispose of their corpses in the wrong bins and even threatened them with fines unless they comply with new regulations.
Mike Fisher from the council said, "look its not hard,blue bins are for paper, green for gardening and black for everything else."The council has threatened to not collect the bins if serial killers dont comply.One serial killer who refused to be named said,"this bin madness is ludicrous,I pay my council tax like everyone, I just this they are being pedantic."
