Scottish team officials joined the chorus of condemnation surrounding accommodation for athletes decrying the Commonwealth Games village as "unsafe and unfit for human habitation,” they went on "the toilets don't work and the streets are full of incomprehensible and abusive beggars. It makes us feel right at home".
